Dr. Mia is double board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP). She integrates evidence-based medicine with a holistic, culturally-informed approach to care.
Originally from the Philippines, she brings a deep respect for traditional healing practices to her clinical work, emphasizing the body's ability to heal through western medicine but also appreciates other modalities such as acupressure, acupuncture, and therapeutic nutrition.

Firmly grounded in scientific research, Dr. Mia prefers to avoid over-the-counter supplements and does not utilize non-standard testing such as reverse T3, focusing instead on well-established diagnostics and individualized treatment plans.
